You’ll love Cobb Barn. Everyone does! It’s a delightful Grade 2 listed traditional barn conversion suitable for two to four adults, with cosy cots for little kids under two years of age. And it’s only five minutes from the sun, sea and sand at gorgeous Crantock beach.

We believe it’s important to create a real home from home for our visitors. So we’ve taken great care with designing and decorating the interior of Cobb Barn. As a result Cornish holiday homes don’t come much better than this. The beds are nice and big and we’ve arranged things so you can mix ‘n’ match your sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. The living, dining and sitting area is large, bright and attractive with great big leather settees, complete with stylish scatter cushions for true relaxation, a big flat screen TV with DVD player and plenty of table space for dining. And the kitchen is well equipped enough to suit quick snack fans and wannabe chefs alike, with a modern hob, dishwasher and microwave.

Cobb Barn is right in the middle of pretty Crantock village, which nestles sleepily on Cornwall’s dramatic, timeless northern coast. Perfectly suited to all year round holidays, there’s a fab log burning stove for cosy autumn and winter evenings, plus efficient central heating if you need it. The village is a brilliant base for exploring the rest of Cornwall. But you could just as easily park your car and leave it for your entire stay, spending all your time on Crantock beach and in the village’s two friendly pubs, relaxing until you’re so utterly and completely mellow you won’t recognise yourself!

The cottage’s two bedrooms are arranged for flexibility, with a combination of beds making it perfect for two couples to share. But you can sleep just two and have the run of the entire barn if you like – it’s fine with us! No matter how many of you there are, you’ll be glad to know after a hard day’s sunbathing, surfing, paddling, cycling or whatever there’s a big, powerful shower to enjoy.

A real bonus is the cottage’s garden, which is enclosed for privacy with a grassed area and handy patio for evening drinks and al fresco eating.
