The Beach House is just a short walk from Crantock Beach, a heavenly stretch of golden sand with great surfing when the weather’s right. The village of Crantock itself is in a brilliant position for exploring the rest of Cornwall as well as an excellent base for discovering the stunning local landscapes and seascapes on foot or by bicycle. There’s two friendly local pubs to enjoy. The wonderful South West Coastal Path is right on your doorstep. And better still, Newquay airport is only eight miles away so you could liberate yourself good and proper, leave your car at home, fly down and get a cab or bus from there.

There’s efficient gas fired central heating if you’re staying off season or the nights turn chilly. There’s telephone and wireless Broadband access. Best of all we’re happy to provide dog friendly cottages. In Cornwall there’s so much for dogs to enjoy and many of our guests can’t bear to leave their furry friends behind.
