Bay View House is a detached house, set back and above the West Pentire Road between Crantock Village and West Pentire. It is in an outstanding position with fantastic sea views over Crantock Bay and beyond. The house was newly decorated and renovated in 2011 in a traditional style, in keeping with the house's 1930's origins. The house is light and airy with plenty of space and very well equipped to our high standards to ensure that guests have a fabulous self catering holiday. The Property Manager lives in completely separate accommodation to the rear.
Bay View House is a five minute walk from Crantock beach and Polly Joke beach, making it a family or surfers haven. A few minutes walk away is a pub, serving food and drink with the same fantastic view, and Crantock village is only five minute drive away, where there are two more pubs, a Londis grocery store, Post Office and other village attractions. Bay View House also has exclusive access to two gardens, one being fully enclosed making it ideal for parties with small children and dogs.

Bedroom 2: Double 4’6 (135cm) bed. Bedside tables, full length mirror, chair, chest of drawers, hanging space in hallway next to room. View from the window is over Crantock Bay.
Bedroom 3: Two twin 3’ (90cm) beds. Bed side tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Looks over rear garden.
En-suite: Shower cubicle, sink, WC, storage, heated towel rail.

Front garden with views of the bay, grassed and paved area, not enclosed. Access via front door and parking area.
South and East facing back garden with grassed area and block patio, outside seating, rotary clothes airer, outside tap. Lockable gate to front garden and so fully enclosed.
