The Brambles is a truly luxury self catering cottage ideally located in the heart of Crantock village.
For 2017 The Brambles has new owners who have been busy putting their own stamp on this lovely cottage. Changes include new seating in the living room, a coffee machine, new fencing in the rear garden and a redecorate. The Brambles is definitely open for business and looks forward to seeing more guests!
This three floored, mid-terrace house has been beautifully finished with cleverly co-ordinated soft furnishings enhancing its open plan, family efficient layout. The entire cottage exudes quality and luxury whilst having a lovely bright, warm and welcoming feel offering something for everyone. The Brambles has a huge log burner in the heart of the sitting room but also has central heating. Each room has a wall mounted electric, oil filled thermostatic radiator, ensuring you will be warm and cosy.
The Brambles has an enclosed garden, making it ideal for dog owners or parties with small children. Due to it's central village location, you are never more than a five minute walk away from two pubs, the church of St Crantoc, the Londis/Post Office store and other village attractions. As well as this, Crantock's legendary sandy beach is only a short walk away, making the cottage ideal for families and surfers alike.

"Brambles has such a traditional exterior and such a modern comfy interior and yet it just feels right! I really love its open plan living area, never left out of the conversation when I'm cooking! Garden is south facing and with two sets of french doors it always feels as if the garden is part of the house and living space, so barbeques are easy and the kids can peel off to the TV whenever they want! I also love the top floor master bedroom, its twisting staircase, ceiling into the rafters and its own ensuite, makes it feel like a real haven."

Bedroom 1: First floor. Option of twin 3’ (90cm) beds or a 6’ (180cm) superking. Bedside tables, built in wardrobe, TV point. Looks over The Round in centre of village.
Bedroom 2: First floor. 4'6" double bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, TV point. Looks over rear garden.
Bedroom 3: Top floor/loft bedroom. En suite. Option of superking bed or twin single beds. Built-in wardrobe, TV point. There is some head height restriction to one side of the bed. Looks over to The Round at the front of the cottage.
En-suite: Top floor, rear of cottage with Bedroom 3. Large built in shower cubicle, sink and WC.
First floor. Bath, sink, WC, separate corner shower.
Access via french doors in kitchen or living room. Courtyard patio with outside dining furniture and a shed for use of guests. Steps leading up to a grassed area. South west facing garden. Fully enclosed. Please note: the gardener may need to visit during your stay.
