Chynoweth is a detached house, set back from the West Pentire Road between Crantock Village and West Pentire on the sea side. It is in an outstanding position with fantastic sea views over Crantock Bay and beyond. The house is large, light and airy with plenty of space and is newly refurbished and extended for 2017, adding a 4th bedroom and an additional shower room. With two downstairs bedrooms complete with ensuite shower rooms, this house is ideal for parties who have guests who prefer not to go upstairs.
Chynoweth is a five minute walk from Crantock beach and Polly Joke beach, making it a haven for family groups or keen surfers. A few minutes walk away is the Bowgie Inn, serving food and drink with the same fantastic view, and Crantock village is only five minute walk away in the opposite direction, where there are two more pubs, a Londis grocery store, Post Office and other village attractions. Chynoweth also has a large garden to the rear being fully enclosed with Cornish hedges, making it ideal for guests with small children and dogs.

The front door leads into porch with a hallway which is open to all of the living space downstairs.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room sunny room with large windows looking to the front and side garden. Galley style kitchen with electric range cooker, microwave and extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, small wine/drinks refrigerator, Nespresso machine and plenty of cupboards for storage. Hatch into the dining room.
Door from the kitchen to the rear hallway which leads to the sitting room and downstairs bedrooms.
Sitting room Plenty of comfortable sofa seating, bay window with view over the garden and to Crantock Bay, wood burner, flat screen Smart TV, DVD, door into dining room.
Dining Room Dining table with 8 chairs, 3 walls of windows (north, south and west facing) with views over the front, side and rear garden. Sliding doors into the garden on the seaward side. Doors to Courtyard at the front. Views to Crantock Bay.
Washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in a utility room outside which is in the garage. Please note there is not a sink in here.

There is a West facing courtyard garden with access from the dining room, front and rear gardens.
North facing back garden with large lawn area and patio, outside seating and umbrella style clothes airer. There is storage space available in the garage for guests to store bikes and surf boards. There is also a rail for drying your wet suits!
