Cottage Summary

Seal Cove is a four bedroom detached house ideally designed for family holiday living. Each bedroom has feel good energy created by the natural light pouring through the many windows. Its spacious layout makes for easy, safe, fun living; and with the added bonus of a fully enclosed garden, children are free to explore leaving the parents to kick back and relax!

Due to its central location, Seal Cove will appeal to those who like to be within close walking distance from Crantock village's facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall's sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock beach is just a ten minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers.

"We have been visiting Crantock for over 10 years staying in many of Cornwall Holiday Cottages properties. When the opportunity arose to buy a large four bedroom house, a short walk from Crantock Beach presented itself we decided to buy our own house. We are looking forward to having many happy family holidays here and are sure our guests will be very happy with their holidays as well."

Short, paved path to front door from the pavement. 1 flight of stairs for 2 floors.

Living Area

Entrance lobby with coat/shoe storage. Open plan sitting/dining area with oak floor. 3 sofas, flat screen TV, Freeview, DVD, log burning stove. Oak dining table seating 8, high chair available. Access to garden from garage (from Utility Area).

Kitchen

Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two single built in ovens and electric hob. Adjacent separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Access to patio garden & outside shower from utility room and garage.

Sleeping

A travel cot can be provided.

Bedroom 1: Super kingsize 6' (180cm) bed. En-suite shower room. Bedside tables, drawer & hanging space.

Bedroom 2: Two twin single beds that can zip together to make a Super king sized bed. Bedside table, drawer & hanging space.

Bedroom 3: King sized bed. Bedside table, drawer & hanging space.

Bedroom 4: Double bed. Bedside tables, drawer & hanging space, flat screen TV with DVD.

Bathroom

Family bathroom: Bath, separate shower cubicle, sink, WC.

En-suite: Shower cubicle, sink, WC.

Garden

Fully enclosed, mainly paved garden to side and rear with BBQ, table seating 6 and additional smaller table. There is an outside shower with hot water for washing off after the beach. Surf boards and bicycles can be stored here.
