Nenagh is the larger section of a magnificent detached house built in 2002 tucked down a private lane, off West Pentire Road, Crantock but still less than a 10 minute walk to Crantock Beach and five minutes into the Village. This fabulous house provides everything one could wish for and more, and is presented and maintained by its owner to an exceptional standard in a modern, extremely comfortable and homely style.
Nenagh‘s accommodation is arranged over 2 floors. It is light, spacious and ideal for family groups or couples. The property has been finished to an exceptional standard.

"We love Crantock and both of us were born and brought up in the area and in turn raised our own family here, in Nenagh. The main house is too large for us now and so we make it available so that others can experience and enjoy all that a holiday in Crantock can bring."
On ground floor, fairly level throughout the house. All the bedrooms are upstairs.
Access to the house:
via front door, off parking area into the hall way. There is a side door into the kitchen as well.
Living Area :
The large Lounge has plenty of comfy seating, a gas fire to create a cosy atmosphere, a flat screen TV & DVD. There are large windows overlooking the patio and beyond the fields to Cubert Common.
The kitchen is an absolute delight. Fully fitted kitchen units abound with a central island complete with granite work surfaces. There are bar stools around the island, ideal for having a drink whilst keeping the cook company. Nenagh has all modern conveniences including:
. American style fridge/freezer with ice maker
. two separate single ovens
. gas hob
. washing machine
In the adjoining dining area, as well as a stylish round dining table and chairs, there is a TV, HiFi, MP3 player and access to the garden and patio, and of course those beautiful views.
Cots for children under two are available.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite: . Can either be arranged as a 6’ double, or 2 x 3’ twin beds. This room is furnished with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside tables with lamp and a separate dressing room. This bedroom is the most suitable in which to have a cot, it also has a two seater sofa. This bedroom overlooks the rear of Nenagh and takes full advantage of the views over the garden to Cubert Common.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite: is large and spacious with a 5’ bed and is furnished with built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 is a beautifully light and spacious room looking to the rear of Nenagh and so also enjoying the views.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite: has a 4’6” bed: is well furnished with bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A sofa completes the room which looks out to the lovely front gardens of Nenagh
En-suite to Bedroom 1:: has a bath and as well as a separate shower cubicle, heated towel rail and is fully tiled.
En-suite to Bedroom 2:Has a spacious separate shower enclosure, with two wash basins as well as a luxurious bath which is double ended and has an air bubble system.
En-suite to Bedroom 3: Shower cubicle, sink, WC, storage, heated towel rail.
Two gardens, one at the front and back. There is a barbeque and a table and can seat six. The gardens are laid mainly to lawn and shrubs.
