Tresawle is a detached house on two floors, with private gardens. The luxury self-catering house is beautifully finished with cleverly co-ordinated soft furnishings enhancing its open plan, family efficient layout. The entire cottage exudes quality and luxury whilst having a lovely bright, warm and welcoming feel offering something for everyone. Tresawle is an ideal base for a family party or groups of friends who wish to stay together.

Due to its central location, Tresawle will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village's facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall's sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock beach is also just a five minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers.

"When we first visited Crantock, the village and beach took our breath away. We knew this was where we wanted to create a home where our five grown up Cornish children and nine grandchildren could spend time with us whenever we are in Cornwall. Work has taken us to the North West but we spend every holiday down here and look forward to the day when we can enjoy our retirement in this beautiful village that already feels like home. In Tresawle we feel we have found a fantastic home in the perfect location. Although when we first viewed the property it needed substantial renovations, Tresawle had a warm, tranquil feel to it and we knew it was the house for us. We all love the beach and with our two younger children being surf fanatics, it was great to find somewhere within walking distance of such a glorious surfing beach. Crantock bay has everything, from playing in the sand dunes, swimming and crabbing in the river, jumping off the rocks at Vugger Cove, acres of space for rugby, cricket, rounders and volleyball and of course surfing in the fabulous waves even on Christmas morning. We hope you enjoy staying at our home and in our absence enjoy all the facilities that this truly wonderful village offers."

Open plan fully fitted /well equipped kitchen and dining area. Built in double oven, induction hob, large built in fridge and freezer, dishwasher, filtered water for drinking, granite work tops. Oak table seating 6. High chair available.


A cot for children under two is available.

Bedroom 1: 5 double bed. En-suite. Bedside tables, plenty of wardrobe & storage space.

Bedroom 2: Option of twin 3 (90cm) beds or a 6 (180cm) superking. Bedside tables, plenty of wardrobe & storage space.

Bedroom 3: Two twin 3' (90cm) single beds. Bedside tables, plenty of wardrobe & storage space.


En-suite: Shower cubicle, sink, WC, towel rail.

Family bathroom: Corner bath, separate shower cubicle, sink, WC.


Rear garden accessed by kitchen doors, steps up to a grassed area and second patio area with table and chairs. Rear garden is private but not fully enclosed and has a lockable shed where surfboards and bicycles may be left. Grassed seating area to south facing front of house. Please note: the gardener may need to visit during your stay.
