There are two sets of bedrooms on the ground and third floor with the second floor being the living area, so each family is assured of privacy from each other. Sunnyside offers fantastic value for money with a great location and is extremely well equipped and comfortable. The house is very popular with surfers and the owners have made available a selection of wet suits with body boards, so there is no excuse not to get in the water! </p> <p>Due to its central location, Sunnyside will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village’s facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock beach is also just a five minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers. </p> <p><span class="boldOnly">Why the owner loves Sunnyside...</span></p> <p><em> "I have been coming on holiday to Crantock for as long as I can remember. As a child I loved to explore the sand dunes and paddle in the rock pools. I then discovered surfing and become hooked. It has been fantastic to be able to have my own place in Crantock to bring my family and see them enjoying all the things that make Crantock special to me. As the cottage is on on three floors we can share our time with friends and family, leave our surf boards on the deck and have a really relaxed beach holiday. We also love the Church in Crantock and the sense of community it brings. Picnic bench on top level, garden table with parasol on lower level, BBQ. Lower level is enclosed. Access via sliding doors from living area.</p> <p><span class="boldOnly">Parking </span></p> <p> Space for 1 car at rear. Other vehicles can be parked in the cul-de-sac of St Carantoc Way. </p> <p><span class="boldOnly">Heating/Utility Charges</span></p> <p> Oil fired central heating to all rooms by underfloor heating. Utility charges included in the rental price. </p> <p><span class="boldOnly">Telephone/Wireless Broadband</span></p> <p> Land line telephone is provided with an ’honesty box’ to pay for any calls made. Wireless broadband is available at no extra charge. </p> <p><span class="boldOnly">Sheets and Towels</span></p> <p> Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a hand towel for each basin and a shower mat for each shower or bath.
