Cottage Summary

The Dunes is a three floored, modern terraced cottage ideal for one large extended family or two families sharing a holiday. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the second floor with the first floor in between, being the living area, so plenty of privacy is assured. The Dunes offers fantastic value for money with a great location and is extremely well equipped and comfortable.

Due to its central location, The Dunes will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village's facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock beach is also just a five minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers.

Front entrance: paving from indented parking space with ramp to front door, small entrance lobby leading to entrance hall with laminate floor. Back entrance: lawned area with path to steps down to patio area, access via sliding back door to laminate floor. Two flight of stairs (carpeted) with accommodation on 3 floors.

Living Area

Entrance hall downstairs opposite stairs leading to living area on second floor. Open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area. Sitting room with corner sofa, sideboard for storage, TV and DVD. Dining table and chairs for six. High chair is available.


Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Undercounter fridge and separate freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven.


Bedroom 1: Ground floor. Very flexible with either two single beds or one huge super king sized bed. En-suite shower room with shelf storage and illuminated mirror with shaver point. Bedside tables, chest of drawers, large wardrobe. TV.

Bedroom 2: Ground floor. Two full sized single beds arranged in a 'Jack and Jill' layout. Wardrobe with drawers under. Chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3: Third floor. Superking sized bed, or two single twin beds. Bedside tables,

Dressing Room with large oak wardrobe and chest of drawers. Room for a travel cot:

A travel cot can be provided.


Family bathroom: Ground floor. Bath with shower attachment, sink, WC, illuminated mirror with shaver point, storage. En-suite: Ground floor. Shower cubicle, sink, WC.

2nd Family bathroom: Third floor. Bath with shower attachment, sink, illuminated mirror with shaver point, WC, storage.


Patio garden at the rear, on two levels with steps between levels. Paved on the lower level and lawned on the higher level. Table and six chairs, BBQ. Access via sliding doors from living area. Higher level has a shed and gate to the rear.
